Florida Real Estate Licensing Requirements

Gold Coast Schools has streamlined the process for getting your Real Estate Sales Associate License by simplifying it into a three step process.

Step 1: Submit a state application along with fingerprints. (The application can be obtained from any Gold Coast location)

In order to apply you must:

Step 2: Take and pass the required 63 hour course from Gold Coast Schools.

*Successfully completing this course also entails receiving a passing grade of a 70%

*Gold Coast Schools is an approved provider of Real Estate Pre-License Courses, and has been offering professional education for more than 40 years.*

Step 3: Upon approval of the application, Pearson Vue will send an approval letter to the applicant.

Out of State Licensees:

Florida has "mutual recognition" agreements with other states. If you are licensed in CT, GA, OK, MS, NE, ID, TN, AR or AL, you may be eligible to receive a license through mutual recognition.
